Is there insurance coverage for items transported?
Yes. In the event an incident should occur – We do carry cargo insurance. Please feel free to contact us for more info about this coverage.
How are your rates figured?
We charge a percentage of the wholesale price based on regions involved in the delivery. If you’d like a quote, please contact us today.
How far in advance should I schedule my transport?
To be placed on our pick up list – we will need you to schedule by noon on the Friday of the week prior to loading. We cannot guarantee shipments if they are done later than this.
Do you offer white glove delivery?
No. We offer business-to-business furniture deliveries. We would however, be happy to offer a list of recommended companies who do specialize in white glove deliveries and other home delivery options.
What areas do you offer deliveries?
We offer regular deliveries from the East Coast to the West Coast. Please refer to our Route Map for a more detailed look at our coverage.
What areas do you offer pickups?
We are based out of Millersburg, OH, and operate daily in the local area. In addition, we offer weekly pickups in NE Indiana, and PA (Lancaster, Punxsutawney, & New Wilmington).
Do you offer Full Truck Loads?
Yes. We can provide both LTL and FTL rates. Give us a call to discuss your options!
